院长 范志忠
范志忠，教授、博士生导师，国家“万人计划”哲学社会科学领军人才。曾任浙江大学传媒与国际文化学院副院长。浙江大学求是特聘教授。现任浙江传媒学院华策电影学院院长。长期从事电影学、广播电视艺术、传播学、影视创作与评论的研究。目前担任的主要社会和学术职务有：全国艺术专业学位研究生教学指导委员会委员，教育部高校戏剧与影视学教学指导委员会委员，33届中国电影金鸡奖评委、50届国际艾美奖评委、45届坦佩雷电影节国际评委，国家社科基金艺术学重大项目首席专家。
著有《中国电影电视剧年度报告蓝皮书》《中国电视剧创作发展史论》《国际传播语境下的中国电影》《百年中国影视的历史影像》等。担任多部影视剧的制片、策划和编剧等。研究成果多次获中国电影金鸡奖理论论著奖、中国电视剧飞天优秀论文奖等荣誉。
Fan Zhizhong is a Professor and Ph.D. supervisor, recognized as a leading talent in Philosophy and Social Sciences under China's "Ten Thousand Talents Program". He previously served as the Associate Dean of the School of Media and International Culture at Zhejiang University and was honored as a Distinguished Professor under Zhejiang University's Qiu Shi Program. He is currently the Dean of Huace School of Film at Communication University of Zhejiang. His long-term research interests include Film Studies, Radio and Television Arts, Communication Studies, and Film and Television Criticism and Creation. The main social and academic positions currently he holds include: the member of the National Arts Major Education Steering Committee and Teaching Guidance Committee for Postgraduate under the Academic Degree Office of the State Council, member of the Ministry of Education of College Theater and Film Teaching Steering Committee, the judge of the 33rd Golden Rooster Awards, the 50th International Emmy Awards and the 45th Tampere Film Festival, the Chief expert of the National Social Science Fund’s major art project. He has authored several influential works, including "Annual Report Blue Book on Chinese Film and Television Drama", "The Development History of Chinese TV Drama Creation", "Chinese Cinema in the Context of International Communication", and "The Historical Imagery of A Century of Chinese Cinema and Television". He has also served as a producer, planner, and scriptwriter for numerous film and television productions. His research achievements have earned him multiple awards, such as the China Film Golden Rooster Award for Theoretical Works and the China TV Drama Flying Apsaras Award for Outstanding Papers, among others.
党委书记、副院长 李晋林
李晋林，男，教授，1968年5月生，汉族，山西省晋城市人。1990年本科毕业于西安电子科技大学，获工学学士学位；2007年获武汉大学工程硕士学位。现任浙江传媒学院华策电影学院党委书记、副院长。
主要从事影视制作研究与创作。1990年在电视台从事电视节目制作工作，先后做过新闻、专题片拍摄与制作，以及电视剧剪辑和电视文艺节目导播。1998年后在浙江传媒学院担任影视剪辑、数字特技合成、演播厅节目制作等专业课程教学。已发表论文20多篇，主持参与了多项省级新世纪教改课题和国家级、省部级科研课题，在中国广播电视出版社出版了《电视节目制作技艺》《视听语言拉片训练》等教材。参与监制了多部电影的摄制，电影《复仇与救赎》获浙江省文化精品扶持工程立项。
2006年被评为浙江省“新世纪151人才工程”第三层次培养人员；2008年被评为第二届省级教坛新秀，2009年被评为省级教学团队负责人；获得2004年省级教学成果奖二等奖等。担任中国电影家协会会员，浙江省电影家协会理事，浙江省电影审查委员会成员，中国照明学会影视舞台灯光照明专业委员会委员，中国教育技术协会影视传媒专业委员会副主任、学术委员会副主任。
现全面主持学院党建工作，分管财务、招生、宣传、资产、安全工作；分管院办公室，联系教学委员会、分工会、电影制作系。
Li Jinlin, male, Professor, born in May 1968, is of Han ethnicity from Jincheng City, Shanxi Province. He graduated with a B.E. degree in Engineering from Xidian University in 1990 and earned an M.E. degree in Engineering from Wuhan University in 2007. Currently, he serves as the Party Secretary and Vice Dean of the Huace Film Academy at the Communication University of Zhejiang. His main focus is on research and creation in film and television production. Since 1990, he has been involved in television program production, including news, feature documentaries, TV drama editing, and directing TV arts programs. After 1998, he joined the Communication University of Zhejiang, teaching courses on film editing, digital special effects, and studio program production. He has published over 20 articles, led and participated in several provincial-level educational reform projects and national and provincial research projects, and authored textbooks such as "Television Program Production Techniques" and "Auditory Language Slap Training" published by China Broadcasting and Television Publishing House. He has been involved in the production of several films, including "Revenge and Redemption," which was selected for the Zhejiang Province Cultural Excellence Support Project. In 2006, he was recognized as part of the third tier of Zhejiang Province's "New Century 151 Talent Project." In 2008, he was named a provincial-level teaching rising star, and in 2009, he was appointed as the leader of a provincial-level teaching team. He has received awards including the 2004 Provincial Teaching Achievement Award (Second Prize). He is a member of the China Film Association, a director of the Zhejiang Film Association, a member of the Zhejiang Film Review Committee, a member of the China Illuminating Engineering Society's Film and Television Stage Lighting Committee, and the vice-chairman and vice-chairman of the Academic Committee of the Film and Television Media Professional Committee of the China Educational Technology Association.
He is currently in charge of the overall party building work of the academy and oversees finance, admissions, publicity, assets, and safety. He manages the office, liaises with the Teaching Committee, the divisional union, and the Film Production Department.

雷卫军，男，1969年12月出生，中共党员，讲师，文学学士。1993年毕业于杭州师范大学中文系，在浙江传媒学院先后任人事处副处长、党委院长办公室主任、社会合作处处长、校友工作办公室主任等职。
现任浙江传媒学院华策电影学院党委委员、浙江传策影视科技有限责任公司总经理。
Lei Weijun, male, born in December 1969, is a member of the Communist Party of China, holds the academic rank of Lecturer, and possesses a Bachelor's degree in Literature. In 1993, he graduated from the Department of Chinese Language and Literature at Hangzhou Normal University. At the Communication University of Zhejiang , he has successively served as Deputy Director of the Personnel Department, Director of the Office of the Party Committee and Dean, Head of the Social Cooperation Division, and Director of the Alumni Affairs Office.
Currently,he serves as a member of the Party Committee of the Huace Film Academy at Zhejiang Communication University, as well as the General Manager of Zhejiang Chuance Film and Television Technology Co., Ltd.
副院长 向 宇
向宇，男，1977年12月出生，湖南平江人，博士、教授，先后毕业于湖南师范大学中文基地班（国家文科基础学科人才培养和科学研究基地）、浙江大学传媒与国际文化学院、上海大学上海电影学院，纽约城市大学访问学者。主要研究领域为电影史、电影理论，出版《跨界的艺术：论李安电影》（中国社会科学出版社）等著作。
现任浙江传媒学院华策电影学院副院长，协助院长分管学科建设、科研工作和实验室工作，分管实验实训中心，联系发展研究中心。
Xiang Yu, male, born in December 1977 in Pingjiang, Hunan, is a Doctor and Professor. He graduated from the Chinese Base Class of Hunan Normal University (a national base for talent training and scientific research in liberal arts), the School of Media and International Culture at Zhejiang University, the Shanghai Film Academy at Shanghai University, and was a visiting scholar at the City University of New York. His main research areas are film history and film theory, and he has published works including Chinese film history and film theory, and he has published works such as Cross-border Art: on Ang Lee's films (China Social Sciences Press). He currently serves as the Vice Dean of the Huace Film Academy at the Communication University of Zhejiang. His responsibilities include assisting the Dean in managing academic construction, scientific research, and laboratory work, overseeing the Experimental Training Center, and liaising with the Development Research Center.
副院长 陈 淘
陈淘，浙江传媒学院华策电影学院副院长，戏剧影视导演专业负责人。主讲《故事片创作》《电影导演》《导演剧作》等课程。
毕业于北京电影学院，主修电影叙事学。曾参与策划《墨攻》《投名状》《见龙卸甲》等影片，亦是刘德华2004 vision tour 演唱会策划人。曾在中日协拍片《北京之夏》《早安晚安》中任中方编剧、导演。担任编剧和制作人的舞台剧作品《努懦》受邀参加第十二届上海国际艺术节。
现协助院长分管学院教学工作、招生工作、实践创作，分管教学办公室、表演实践中心，联系导演系、表演系。
Chen Tao serves as the Vice Dean of the Huace Film Academy at the Communication University of Zhejiang and is the head of the Drama and Film Directing program. He teaches courses such as "Feature Film Creation," "Film Directing," and "Director's Playwriting." He graduated from the Beijing Film Academy, majoring in Film Narratology. Chen Tao has been involved in planning films such as "The Battle of Red Cliff," "The Warlords," and "A Battle of Wits," and was also the planner for Andy Lau's 2004 Vision Tour concert. He has worked as a Chinese screenwriter and director in Sino-Japanese co-productions like "Summer in Beijing" and "Good Morning, Good Night." His stage work "Nunuo," for which he was the screenwriter and producer, was invited to participate in the 12th Shanghai International Arts Festival. He is currently assisting the Dean in overseeing the college's teaching activities, admissions, and practical creation work. He is responsible for managing the Teaching Office and the Performance Practice Center, and coordinates with the Directing Department and the Acting Department.

Zhu Zhipeng, male, born in July 1990, of Han ethnicity, currently serves as the Deputy Party Secretary and the Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission at the Huace Film Academy at the Communication University of Zhejiang.
